There are plenty of fast hiring jobs out there. I classify these fast hiring jobs as jobs that can be landed in less then 2 weeks. Granted the number of these types of jobs have decreased over the years, but many of the unemployed can really make more with unemployment insurance than say with a part-time job at Sonic’s hamburger chain. It takes the average person four and a half months to actually get over the initial shock of getting laid off, and before the unemployment insurance kicks in, you may have to find yourself applying for a job with a fast food restaurant like McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s and many others.
