No matter if you are serving customers in store, taking orders at the drive-through, or meeting and greeting people as they walk through the door, good communication is essential, and this is one of the main things that the interviewer will be looking for and you can display it right at your first meeting with the manager.

During the interview process listen to the questions closely and then take a few seconds before you give your answer. Also, it’s important not to just answer “yes” and “no,” even to the very basic questions. Give examples of being a team player
